Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• ✦Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full reschedule at no charge
• ✦Cancellation less than 24 hours: Session forfeit, no refund
• ✦No-shows without notice: Session forfeit, no refund

2. Refund Eligibility for Sessions

Refunds for sessions may be considered in the following cases:

• ✦Technical failure on our end preventing the session
• ✦Session not delivered as described
• ✦Duplicate payment by error

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the session via WhatsApp or email.

3. Shop Orders — Physical Products

For crystal bracelets and ritual candles:

• ✦Damaged/defective items: Full refund or replacement
• ✦Wrong item received: Full refund or replacement
• ✦Change of mind after dispatch: No refund
• ✦Refund requests within 48 hours of delivery only

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• ✦Completed sessions
• ✦Digital products and guides
• ✦Courses once commenced
• ✦Ritual candles that have been used

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
